Please note that all bedrooms are upstairs and unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility problems.

Bury Gate House strictly a No Smoking establishment. 

 

We have 2 quiet and well behaved dogs in the property therefore unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

​

A deposit of up to 50% by bank transfer is required on reservation to secure the room, with the balance of payment either by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival or by cash on arrival.

 

Cancellation policy (Direct bookings) - If we receive your cancellation by email or phone at least 28 days prior to your arrival date we will refund your 50% deposit less a £35 admin fee.  If notice of cancellation is less than 28 days prior to your arrival date we will do our best to re-let the room, but if not possible then your deposit will not be refunded. Being a small business we respectfully ask you to provide us with as much notice as possible.

Cancellation policy (Third Party bookings) - terms and conditions of cancellation are as per your contract with the Third Party.

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover you for the duration of your stay.

Check In - between 4.30pm - 8.00pm unless by prior arrangement.

Check Out - by 10.30am.

Parking and bike storage are available on site.  Please request bike storage when booking.
